Warranty & Checking Policy (21 Days)

• Checking Warranty: All laptops come with a 21-day checking warranty.
• Exclusions: The checking warranty does not cover physical damage, dead on arrival caused by user mishandling, or any issues related to the screen, display, or touch panel.
• Technical Support: During the 21-day checking warranty period, if any genuine technical issue occurs, the issue will be repaired and resolved for you.
• Refunds: In case of an approved return, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account/jazzcash/easypaisa within 6 working days.
• Future Upgrades / Replacements: If you wish to replace or upgrade your laptop in the future, it is allowed, and a standard deduction will be applied based on the laptop’s current condition and usage.
